No-Tella Fudge

I don't know about you, but I'm all about the minimal-ingredient, one-bowl recipes, and this No-Tella Fudge doesn't disappoint!

No-Tella... what's that?

Voyage Foods just launched a new Hazelnut-Free Spread, a Nutella dupe. Their facility is dedicated free of the top 9 (including coconut) and gluten. The Voyage Foods team was sweet enough to send me a jar, and I'm obsessed! On toast, with strawberries, straight off the spoon, my jar didn't last long. For me, there's nothing more fun than recipe testing with a new product, and this fudge is "crack" — a quote from my recipe taste tester (hi Ella ;)

What are the ingredients in the hazelnut-free spread?

The ingredients in Voyage Foods’ Hazelnut-Free Spread are Sugar, Seed Blend [Roasted Sunflower Kernels (Sunflower Kernel, Sunflower Oil), Grape Seeds], Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Protein Flour, Rice Flour, RSPO Palm Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavors, Salt

It is plant-based and top 9 allergen-free (eggs, milk, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame)

What does this No-Tella chocolate fudge taste like?

It has a rich and indulgent flavor with a combination of chocolate and “hazelnut” flavor. The Voyage Foods Hazelnut-Free Spead itself is sweet, nutty, and creamy. When used in fudge, it contributes a smooth and thick texture and a distinct hazelnut-chocolate taste. If you're a fan of hazelnut and chocolate, this fudge is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
