No-Boil Dairy-Free Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz dairy-free alfredo sauce

  • 1.5 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 3/4 cup dairy-free shredded cheese

  • 2 cups gluten-free pasta

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli

  • fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  2. Add the dairy-free alfredo sauce, vegetable broth, ½ cup dairy-free cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to an 8×8 oven-safe dish and mix. Then, add the gluten-free pasta and broccoli. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Remove the dish from the oven and remove the tinfoil. Sprinkle ¼ cup of dairy-free cheese on top and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
