Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
2 cups non-dairy milk
¼ cup pumpkin purée
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup instant coffee
¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup hot water
Instructions
Blend the non-dairy milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Then pour into two cups with ice.
In a bowl, beat the instant coffee, coconut sugar, and hot water until stiff peaks form. Add to the cups and enjoy!
