Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk

  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup instant coffee

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Blend the non-dairy milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Then pour into two cups with ice.

  2. In a bowl, beat the instant coffee, coconut sugar, and hot water until stiff peaks form. Add to the cups and enjoy!
